Cento: added Bologna gtfs to expand the network #26

Would it then make more sense to name this Bologna than Cento? I don't know the area well, but the name Bologna rings a bell while I hadn't heard of Cento before.

I moved Cento to Bologna (redirect is in place) and added the two other bus lines I found on the site). Please also note that I also fixed the attribution to mention the CC-BY license.

All right, thank you. TPER is serving Bologna and Ferrara, but you're right the most important town is Bologna. If I find other sources for other lines from Bologna (there are some that go to Modena for sure) I will expand. Great work.
