Move theme into this repo #7

Currently the documentation.js theme is located in its own repo, github.com/mapnik/node-mapnik-theme. This was useful to keep node-mapnik's repo clean, but now that we are generating docs here it's an unnecessary abstraction and requires us to release to NPM. Let's just make edits in this file.

Nevermind, this complicates our package.json file too much since the theme requires its own dependencies that aren't met somehow.
