submitting MGI all file #25

Created a new file that has all of the SSSOM mappings created by MGI. This consolidates all mappings from various projects. File has updated mappings that reconcile inconsistent mappings done at different times.

I think I checked or failed to uncheck a box, I didn't intend it to be a draft. The other column is just for the PMIDs of references from which the COVID symptoms/signs were pulled. I can add that to the header. - pushed a new commit with this added to the header
