Move to blazegraph #83

This PR is more functional with the Blazegraph triplestore. Now, I could easily search the confidence (min and max) using the entities endpoint; it was a bit harder with RDF4J.

I'll move the API version in the server to this branch so Josh can work on the UI to play with the confidence facet/filter.

The new query strategy gets results in ms instead of min! 🚀 It can still be improved when searching many terms 😬
