VA01 and VA02 scale issue #40

The maps aren't scaled properly. The issue is not coming form the .Rmd files.

They are scaled properly. But because of the way that leaflet has discrete rather than continuous zoom, they appear at one level of zoom lower than the other VA maps, because VA is wider. I have reduced the height of the maps slightly.
