Please add a license #22

Please add a license so we know how we can use this code. I'd like to use some in my own emulator, but can't unless you specifically say it's ok in some fashion :)

Sweet. This is the most anyone has ever used code I have made, so I'll have to figure out what license to use. I guess I'm ok with people using it, but I would hope they would link to here or something if it's something served to users. I'll look into which one to add.
