Question: how will lightning network factor in? #58

Now that lightning network is inevitable (at least on litecoin) how would this facilitate or otherwise affect webcoin (if at all) ?

I am still pretty new to this field, so forgive me if this seems entirely irrelevant.

PS i cant believe this webcoin concept hasnt gotten more attention, this could be gamechanging

One way it connects to Webcoin is that now is a good time for writing a module for Lightning. It would be awesome to have users visit a webpage then the app can request permission for micropayments from the user's wallet.

browsers in thise case, as thin clients, couldnt act themselves as LN nodes right?

Actually they could. Once they see the funding transaction is confirmed on the chain, they should be able to perform updates to their Lightning channels just like any other node.
