Update creating-cooperative-challenges with a full example #38

Thanks to https://osmus.slack.com/archives/C1QN12RS7/p1710934929414819?thread_ts=1710921088.000259&cid=C1QN12RS7 I learned more about how this is supposed to work. I think we need a full example on this page that shows the relation between the features[0].property.id and the operations[0].data.id.

I consider this a draft which needs to be picked up by someone how how this system works (see https://github.com/maproulette/docs/issues/37) because the translations need to be moved to the translation system.

Update: The format described here is wrong, will need to update it.
