JOSM Plugin

This has been asked for plenty of times but never made it into a proper discussion / ticket.

A JOSM plugin for MapRoulette would allow mappers to access MapRoulette tasks from within JOSM and solve them.

Let's discuss what a minimum viable plugin would look like in this ticket.

Minimum viable:

• [x] Some kind of button to download/enable a MR layer
• [x] Some way to send feedback from JOSM to the MR API

Nice to have:

• [x] Detect which objects are part of each MR task, and if user has modified them, ask the user if they fixed the issue. Only mark as fixed on upload to OSM.
• [x] Add MR task to changeset
• [ ] Add changeset URL to MR task comment
• [x] Detect tag cooperative challenge tasks and have acceptance dialog
• [x] Detect geometry cooperative challenge and have acceptance dialog

Anyway, I'm currently adding the MR task to the OSM Changeset tags as so:

• maproulette:server=<originating MR server>
• maproulette:tasks=<semi-colon delimited list of task ids> Example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/131483101
