Option to add task / challenge link to checkin comment #5

To allow a mapper to visit the originating MapRoulette task, or at least the challenge, when they encounter an OSM changeset that was created based on an MR task.

Perhaps use a checkbox "Include a link to the task".

Bump this one. I think it makes sense from an editing lineage perspective to be able to see what MapRoulette task originated the edit made.
