Cannot clone challenge #549

Steps to reproduce

  1. https://maproulette.org/mr3/admin/project/3045/challenge/3279
  2. Click 'Clone'
  3. Enter new, different name 'Unnamed main roads in California'
  4. In second screen, change 'Utah' to 'Californa' in Overpass query
  5. Proceed to final screen, click Finish
  6. Final screen re-appears. When navigating back to first screen, it won't allow me to proceed past that. No error message visible.

Without rules it works fine (3.1.0)

It's not just the rules because I just tried to clone another challenge without rules and that didn't work either.

navigating back from the final screen to the previous screen and then pressing next again triggers it to work. It's something in the navigation.
