BL maps, LUNA API and other collections will be available as IIIF.

[ ] Add guidance for how to load them

Noted here for future: also consider output as IIIF annotations or some other standard web annotation format (e.g. https://www.w3.org/TR/annotation-model/) per convo/request from TNA.
