slow pan #4

Using chrome, running a local file.

Grabbing to pan the map is very laggy. See video at above link.

Switching styling from stroke to fill improves performance significantly.

I don't think this is using the latest tileset (erez can confirm). The latest tileset for sf contours more aggressively varies the data by zoom. As usual, simplification will help performance, too. I expect these minor changes will significantly improve performance.

It's not well-named. This isn't the SFcontours dataset, it's the iceland map. ᐧ
