minor fragment example changes #1094

I was playing around with the fragment example hoping that I somehow could reproduce https://github.com/cgeo/cgeo/issues/15100 (unfortunately without success). On the way, I couldn't resist doing some small refactoring.

split map and theme load method
add toasts
...
