Sounds like a meta issue until the new https://github.com/Project-OSRM is being used
In version 5.4+ it should come with all the new fancy like lane guides, hope this gets used in maps.me when it is done

This is still an issue. I've noticed it where the road changes names, county lines, and state lines. Sometimes it even says "Turn left, then turn left" on a perfectly straight road. Sometimes it happens to be while you are crossing a bridge. Here's an example over the Mississippi river at St. Louis. I'm not sure this one says "turn" but I believe it does. bridge Here's an example where a road changes name. namechange
