auto-zoom when navigating #512

A common feature of sat-nav devices is auto-zoom whereby the map will zoom in closer when the vehicle's speed is slower and zoom out when the vehicle speeds up.

Does MAPS.ME support this? (It didn't seem to work this way when I used the navigation feature last)

Not yet, but it’s in our plans.

I really miss this feature while driving ! Today I almost had a car accident while trying to aim for the zoom button with my finger ! Thanks

Hasn't this been added? @porjo If so, can this be closed?

Maybe, as an improvement, auto-zoom could also be taking from the distance till the next instruction (to zoom in map to get better details about which way to take) Then the resulting zoom is the highest between distance and speed ones.
