I can't make edits

I want to update a few entries in my area, and I'm unable to edit anything anymore. Am i missing something in the new version?

Unfortunately, we can't do much if you just say "I want to update a few entries in my area, and I'm unable to edit anything anymore. Am i missing something in the new version?"

Рlease provide us additional information, so we could properly address the issue:

1) Device model, OS version (Android or iOS) and MAPS.ME version. 2) Data version of map you are try to edit. 3) Information about points you try to edit (coordinates, screenshots and other information you can provide).

Ah sorry about that.

Specifically I cannot edit any entries that are already established (including my own). I used to be able to do this, and now the option simply isn't there.

I can create new entries, but obviously if an entry is already there, but incorrect (or incomplete) it's not great to create a new entry. I want this programme to be better than Google maps!

My device is Google Nexus 6 with Android 7.0. Map.me 7.1.3 Data version 170119

I have been trying to edit sites in Victoria, Australia, but then I went to spots in Spain and Uzbekistan to see if the problem occurred elsewhere. Here are some coordinates:

37°20′30.18″S 144°07′55.52″E 37°20′31.97″S 144°08′54.14″E 42°32′18.16″N 07°57′05.04″W 42°30′42.83″N 08°48′27.1″W

I can't edit any of these (three I created today), or anything else on the entire world map at the moment. The edit option no longer exists when I click on an object.

In addition, the list of location types when creating a location never seems to have the option I need. There are no Shopping Centres, Forests, Beaches, Wineries, Art Galleries, Newsagents etc. I could probably think of more than that given some time ;)

Hi, did you update the map? That is, is there a red dot on the menu button?

Hi! I have the same problem! I had this issue about a month ago, suddenly I can't edit POIs anymore; in order to solve the isse I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. There were no red dots. Then yesterday I got the same problem, no more "Edit" option. And no red dots, I checked all the possible buttons. My specs: 1: Samsung Galaxy A40, Android 9, MAPS.ME 9.5.2 date version: 191124 I have this problem with every POI I try to edit. In the attached screenshots you can see my app: there are no red dots and there isn't the "EDIT" button.
