no turn data ignored for bicycle routing #6743

For car routing this data is not ignored

As recommended in https://github.com/mapsme/omim/blob/968f8283fec37681f9499d6dca1a3db2f66390ef/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md I also send an email to bugs@maps.me after reporting this problem at bug tracker

Hello,

as I understand you're asking about relation:restriction for bicycle. If so you're right. We're aware about the issue. For the time being we ignore relation:restriction:bicycle and other and we use only relation:restriction for car routing. I hope we'll fix it in the future.

I request using (as the first step) using standard access restrictions for bicycle (the same set as for the car).
