Add `surveillance:type=camera` for 'Surveillance camera' #7052

I've added several surveillance cameras in my hometown with Maps.me. I think it would be nice if this also adds a surveillance:type=camera tag and not "only" a man_made=surveillance tag.

I second that. Since the plane type is given as 'Surveillance Camera' in the app, it should add the specific details correctly.
