Use implementation 'com.android.volley:volley:1.2.1'
Correct imports: -- android.support to androidx -- android.support.v4 to androidx.core -- android.support.v4.util to androidx.collection -- com.google.android.gms to com.google.android.libraries -- The were automatically corrected during a cordova build android
