Implement setImagePosition & setImageOpacity as they are only in 3 providers at present #274

Seems like Googlev2 and yandex had it - have copied over to yandexv2 but havent actually tested it.

Or just remove it of course.

Also add some explanation text to the documentation with what this does exactly.
