#8 Introducing MapStruct feature and p2 repository #9

I've created a new feature and repository project. The build artifact of the repository project is a deployable p2 repository aka "update site".

@gunnarmorling could you please have a look at it, especially at the copyright / license part of the feature.xml. Thanks!

Merged, thanks @larswetzer! The license part looks good, just checked it when installing the plug-in from the update site.

Btw. I've quickly set up a Jenkins job which makes the update site available at the following URL:

https://mapstruct.ci.cloudbees.com/job/mapstruct-eclipse/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/org.mapstruct.eclipse.repository/target/repository/

I think that's ok for the time being, for the Final let's put it on mapstruct.org. /CC @agudian
