PHP Version #121

Is Tileserver-php compatible with PHP-7.0+? When I set it up on my server with this script https://github.com/klokantech/tileserver-php/issues/48

I says that the project does not work with PHP-7.0 but Im not sure if that script is just out of date.

The script is not up to date. I'm using it on PHP since the PHP 7 was released without problems :-)
