Consume MaptimePDX feed into maptime.io #10

In principle this is possible, but I think @bethschechter wanted @geografa's help to make it happen?

@bethschechter err...this may be a paid thing if using the existing plugin: http://www.wprssaggregator.com/extension/feed-to-post/

I couldn't find a way to feed it to a post.

I've seen this. Perhaps it is worth paying for, but if we're going to pay for something let's do something that will import lots of feeds.
