Fix URL for maptime.io "about" page #30

The current about page has this less-than-ideal URL: http://www.maptime.io/sample-page/. Should be http://www.maptime.io/about.

However, people are already linking to the sample-page url, so we need to set up a redirect from that to the new "about" URL.
