A skin like a management tool #58

Today at the meeting Adam Shostack (http://www.controlalthack.com) suggested skinning our simulator like an e-mail application. This would mean that all information and user comments come in as e-mails, the password policy control is a form-like window, the score can also be some sort of e-mail.

The menu on the right could be "folders" and different options within a single screen could be e-mail items.

How to know when ready: the interface has changed, to one similar to any e-mail client.

This is an issue that was suggested by an external stakeholder, so we cannot delete it until we get approval. Moved to the freezer so it doesn't irritate you.
