Load the map #74

Once (#70) is done, the different screens need to be loaded as pop-ups. The default view when the user enters the registered area (login and register screens could cover/hide everything) is seeing the map (and having the story pop up on first entry).

All links that we don't know where to put should be put as buttons on the map.

How to know when ready: All current screens and the map should be accessible from a single screen.
