Remove JS alerts and replace them with toasts #96

Replace current JS alerts with toasts, so that they do not interrupt the player experience, i.e. make this information non-intrusive.

Currently alert is used in:

1 place in user.js - replace this alert with console.log
3 places in pwpolicy.js, but exclude
- event happened, because it should be handled by #93
- need to fix pdict, rather fix it, and/or define a issue here if not straightforward
4 places in private_common.js
- One of them will be removed in #100
