Remove dependency on a commercial font-glyphs source #125

Use the free orangemug font-glyphs instead of the MapTiler glyphs that require a key.

thank you, there's a lengthy discusson about this in https://github.com/maputnik/osm-liberty/issues/79, but since you're also in favor of using @orangemug's repo again I'm happy to merge :-)
