Moved "Edit this page" below pagination links #191

Keeps the in-docs navigation together, and moves the external link down below.

So, basically, goes from

I can go either way, but this change seems OK because it puts the more common navigation element (the back and forward) closer to the page.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking when I made this change. Looking on a phone, the intrusion of a Github link was jarring to me, compared to moving forward through the docs.
