This adds a GitHub tutorial from my Write the Docs presentation to our documentation set.
This has been a long-standing to-do item of mine, mostly because I kept getting foiled by our markdown parser (where numbers would restart around images and text). I finally got it to where it looks good enough in GitHub-flavored markdown and Python markdown/our styles.
