Add places documentation #259

Creates separate groups for the Android SDK and Places API

Structure looks good to me. We should also update the content in https://github.com/mapzen/android/blob/master/docs/index.md to give an overview of the places API.

I'm guessing we need to cut the SDK release that includes places docs before this can be merged anyway?

Looks like the build failed on something related to vector tiles?

Agreed, we should wait to merge until release (though FYI we already merged the docs into our android repo's master branch). Depending on how long we have left to release we might want to update the installation page there: https://github.com/mapzen/android/blob/master/docs/installation-places.md
