Looks like the config is looking for Demos, but the file is called demos?

Update - nevermind, I think the build errors will be fixed when this is merged because it changes the file to lowercase name.

Ah, right – forgot to conditionally tie the renaming to this PR. I can revert that name change and put it in a PR if you don't anticipate merging this now.
