Who's On First API #270

Should build a whole new section to the docs for the Who's On First API :tada:

we need to add a "here's how you get that shmancy fancy api key" section in methods.md

Looks good, thanks for making these changes!

I left a few inline comments about the wording, but approved the pull request so it can be merged when ready.

Perhaps we also remove the word, API, so it's just "Who's on First"? There is a different between the WoF data and this API, but these other things are APIs, too, but don't have the API appended.

The home page should not have a title on it, but we'd need to update that in the source.
