Update To Android 7.1.1 / API 25 #793

The final Developer Preview for Android API 25 (aka 7.1.1) was released on 22-Nov-2016 in advance of it's official release and software updates being pushed to Nexus / Pixel devices in early December 2016. Updating now will give more time to test the app in development with this SDK and Support Libraries beforehand.

I updated the SDK, Tools, and Support Libraries and then tested on my Nexus 6P running API 24 and Eraser Map functioned as normal / expected. I've created PR #794 to bring these changes from my fork into the main eraser-map project.
