Overview

Updates to the latest Android SDK release.

Proposed Changes

Remove unnecessary TmpHttpHandler class now that headers are easily customizable via the SDK
Migrates to use SDK http handlers, removes knowledge of API key from EM (because it is now handled by SDK)
Fixes route line rendering issues (https://github.com/mapzen/eraser-map/issues/829)
