What is needed to merge to master? #170

What’s on the master branch, and does it need to be moved or can it go away? Etc. etc.

Checked on the status of Borders (https://mapzen.com/data/borders/) with @randymeech and @dianashk, and consensus seems to be that we should not kill it. Instead, we should move Borders page on master branch here to website repo, to clear this repo for rename to metro-extracts.

We've decided to publish Borders from https://github.com/mapzen/website/pull/1089, and to stop publishing data-pages from here.
