[x] allow the name to be editable
[x] database change for this
[x] Keep wof_name field
[x] Use new name field in emails

Added DB support; re-assigning this to you to resolve the merge conflict.

Also! The old wof_name field needs to still be there — when it’s missing, it causes the GeoJSON outline to go missing on an individual extract page.
