first pass at map labels on boxes #204

closes #200 different stylings at different zoom levels

@binx this is awesome! 👍 on the zoom level as well when the labels appear. Is there a way to make those labels links? So instead of the pop-up on click we can add a hover state to the text and make it link to the extract download page? That will especially helpful when a user has search for a thing and they see surrounding/encompassing extracts and jump right to it.
