What do we get back for the avatar value? Is it a URL?

I’ve made some changes that assume a URL, but the HTML templates don't seem compatible with that. I’m going to bump this back over to you since I believe it’s a template fix. I’d also like to see https://github.com/mapzen/wiki/wiki/mapzen.com-OAuth#get-current_developer updated with a sample avatar response.
