Specify Copenhagen, Denmark as being in Northern Europe #281

The other Danish city in the list is Aarhus which already is specified to belong to Northern Europe, so I thought it made sense to move Copenhagen into that region as well.

@sztanko kindly let me know to make a PR here, based on the one I made to this project.
