Adding a new city - Palpala, Jujuy, Argentina #480

Hello.

I'd like to know if it is possible too add a new city, Palpala, Jujuy, Argentina.

The coordinates are: Latitude top: -24.216 Latitude bottom: -24.285 Longitude left: -65.310 Longitude right: -65.181
