Add pcsiSimulator to compiled binaries package #13

Removing v0.0.1 milestone, this is harder than it looks: https://pyinstaller.readthedocs.io/en/stable/spec-files.html?highlight=multiprogram#multipackage-bundles it's fixed in the development release of pyinstaller, we may just have to wait for them
