Pftool Libxml Include Requires Subdir #209

A one line change in pftool should be all that's necessary to avoid explicitly adding the libxml2 include subdir to CPPFLAGS. Very simple. Just adding this issue to keep track of it. I'll be making the change in my pftool fork and pulling after.
