Improvements to note search

• [x] Tab should complete current text prompt with selected item
• [x] Up/Down on edge should wrap around the list
• [x] Add action to create a note with current prompt as name (or maybe with something like Ctrl+Enter)?
• [x] Better fuzzy matching (sorting results with fuzzy score)
