Anything that sends translations my way will be welcome. Yesterday I tried to ease the process by writting this simple guide: https://github.com/marado/TTIPTuesday/blob/master/sentences.md
Basicly I only need five sentences to be translated for the language of each country, and I can work from that.
I do agree that we could have a better moving thing going on: several sentences for uses to choose from (I'll create an issue for that), and an easier way to rotate sentences weekly (which I'll consider this issue as being about). My major concern about the weekly rotating message and translation is that we would need to have a certain degree of confidence that we would get the "next week" tweet message in time. For now, I'm proposing that:
- the different topics for different countries is not really an issue. I'm considering "in code terms" that we have only one sentence translated into several languages, but nothing stops us to use that mechanics to have the French tweet being about food, while the English one being about NHS;
- the rotating message can be done in a "best effort" approach: if someone tells me "let's change the Italian sentence from what's there to
", I'll update it. If it comes in time, great, if not, well, the Italian page gets the same sentence two weeks in a row.
Now, this actually means that I agree with you: a "network of pads" or any other form of organization you or others might figure out is most welcome, as long as - for my end - I end up receiving the "new sentence" to update the site (hopefully, but not mandatory, in an issue here on github). If the "sentence to use" for a specific country ends up being allways in the same place (for instance, allways the first line in a pad) I can try to write a web scrape to automate its use.

I'm wondering what could be done to improve the translation system..
one idea would be to use Etherpads (titanpad.com) to produce campaign tweets collaboratively & then have a network of translators to translate each tweet accordingly & store all of this on the pads, then perhaps have your script to scrap the pad and integrate all the pre fabricated tweets into each country page.
this way we could have a network of pads (one per country) with content that could change/adapt each week, from where you would scrap the content & integrate it on your site.
this simple site then could be integrated in the network of organisation, NGO, participants website and decentralize the point from where people can tweet.
the overall idea behind this is that we need a way to have custom tweet per country, because each country is attacking TTIP in a different way..some countries are currently using the Health narrative (UK) other it's more Culture or Food (France) etc...
