Improve build instructions in readme #39

Add details for creating release builds as well as compiling with SSL support. Also change the command for running on Windows (the ./ shouldn't be necessary)

Thank you for your contribution! :D You're right, I forgot to update that - but I already have custom tasks set (take a look at pax.nimble), so it would be better if you could change the readme to refer to those directly instead of telling devs to add options ;)

Ah wups I definitely looked at pax.nimble but somehow skimmed over those options, will fix.
