command-line tests #45

Adds tests for every command-line action. Tests might only cover some basic actions - Their purpose is to smoke-test the program and to provide a Github CI action that automatically tests PRs so that I can trust other developers more easily ;)

testament (The nim test runner) cannot run the tests on Windows apparently, because the regex doesnt work (?)

This is gonna get fixed once I have access to my Windows machine again.
