Updating can sometimes break the modpack

I can't reliably reproduce this (out of 3 attempts, 2 had the error appear at different points and 1 worked without an error), but I'll try my best to describe what I tried.

Pax version: v1.9.7

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 1.18.1 forge modpack with JEI (fileID: 3629529), AutoRegLib (3575622), Citadel (3584733), Alex's Mobs (3603683) and Architect's Palette (3636989) (I'm not sure which one causes the error)
• ./pax list (should succeed)
• ./pax upgrade (the error might appear at this point, if it doesn't, upgrade again)
• ./pax list (will most likely output the same error)

  options.nim(185)         get
  Error: unhandled exception: Can't obtain a value from a `none` [UnpackDefect]

• running ./pax list again might result in the error disappearing, or not. If the error does disappear, the mods updated earlier will be marked as out of date

If the error occurs sporadically while unpacking, this is most likely caused by Curseforge ratelimiting & locking down their old API. I'll switch to the new one as soon as possible.
