Allowing custom pax working dir and folder names #69

If changing the name of pax's working dir(..\modpack) and folder names(..\modpack\overrides) are possible, then integrating with MultiMC or other launchers would be an easy thing to do ---- just create a MultiMC instance and add it with pax.

sounds good ^^ that's not too difficult a change. If I got time I'll look into it this weekend.
